There are two different packages which allow you to pay for your dental care on a monthly basis. In return you will receive a comprehensive programme of prevention, maintenance and treatment for fresh breathe, healthy gums and a happy, confident smile. |

| Can anyone join? Whether you have had a lot of dental treatment in the past or not, the scheme is designed for anybody to join. You are not assessed on the state of your mouth and you do not have to undertake any expensive courses of treatment in order to be accepted. |
| How do I join? Joining is simple. Take a few minutes to fill in a short form at the reception desk and we’ll do the rest. We can even email or send the form to your home address. Finally, choose from one our Club Class membership options (Platinum or Gold). |
| What is included in Club Class? To set up the membership you have to pay a one off administration fee of £9.50 and then choose from one of the following Club Class options to the right. |
| How do I pay? You can pay for your membership with monthly direct debit payments. |
