During her five years with Perfect Smile she has watched the clinics grow from a one man practice to a thriving small corporate practice. “I enjoy helping the new branches grow. My approach is to be a friendly contact point for patients and all new staff joining our established older branches”. Nicky has twelve years experience within dentistry and uses these experiences and skills to help other practices to grow within the Perfect Smile group by introducing structures, protocols and procedures.

In her spare time Nicky enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening and becoming self-sufficient through building her small holding in France.

Anju Nagra Practice Manager – Perfect Smile:Brentford

Anju is a highly motivated individual who has spent fourteen years in the dental field. She is a fully qualified nurse and is registered with the General Dental Council. Having worked ten years as a dental nurse she progressed and became practice manager. She is a keen and trustworthy employee of the Perfect Smile Surgery Limited who also prides herself on patients leaving with a huge smile on their face.

She is a hands-on employee who enjoys the daily skills of running the Brentford branch. She is a good team player who communicates well with colleagues and clients and is very good at putting patients at ease. She has attended various courses to update her knowledge in modern dentistry and first aid.

She enjoys spending time with her family which includes entertaining her four year old daughter and her hobbies include reading, listening to music and keeping fit.

Shital Patel Practice Manager – Perfect Smile:Richmond

Shital has been a dedicated and loyal member of the Perfect Smile Group for the past ten months, developing her skills from Receptionist in one of our thriving Private/NHS establishments in Putney, to Practice Manager for our busy NHS dominated Practice based in Ham, Richmond. As a confident and lively person she has the ability to effectively communicate with people of different backgrounds and skills, and is never afraid of new challenges. Shital has a strong ability to work solely or as part of a team. She is a lively social individual who enjoys company of friends and family, reading and keeping body and mind active through varied sporting activities.

Kathryn Jonas Practice Manager – Perfect Smile:Battersea

As one of the latest recruits at Perfect Smile Kathryn is excited to join our Battersea branch as a practice manager. Having been a successful dental nurse for over ten years she has gained confidence which she applies to her new role with enthusiasm. With an optimistic future here at Perfect Smile she plans to be a permanent part of the ever expanding Battersea branch.

In her spare time Kathryn enjoys relaxing at home with her family and friends.

Sarah Cloney Assistant Manager – Perfect Smile:Putney

Sarah is a keen and loyal member of the Perfect Smile Team. She is the assistant manager at our busy Putney branch. Throughout her six years with Perfect Smile she has worked alongside the principal dentist as a dental /implant nurse, receptionist and stock coordinator for the nine Perfect Smile practices. In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with family and reading.

Dr Hooman Sanaty (BDS) Dentist – Perfect Smile:Streatham

Dr Sanaty qualified from Bristol Dental School in 1997. He worked in hospital for approximately two years in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and having completed House-Officer and Senior House officer posts. He lecumed in the staff grad oral surgeon posts before returning to general dentistry. During this period he obtained a Primary Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons.

Dr. Vaishali Verma (BDS) Dentist – Perfect Smile:Brentford

Having qualified from Cardiff Dental School, Dr. Vaishali Verma moved to the West Midlands to spend a year working in a clinic specialising in treating children and patients with learning difficulties. During this year, Vaishali also undertook sedation and general anesthetic cases as well as extra post graduate training with SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anesthesia in Dentistry) and Birmingham Dental Hospital, and can therefore offer nervous and anxious patients IV and oral sedation in surgery to make treatments more comfortable now as well.

Vaishali then moved into general practice and in this time has done further postgraduate training in patient management, NLP(neuro linguistic programming) and hypnosis as well, all of which helps to treat phobic patients. She has completed and passed part I of her MFGDP exams which will allow her to join the Royal College of Surgeons in the near future. Vaishali has also undertaken further training in administering botulinum toxin and dermal fillers for wrinkle smoothing and softening as well as lip enhancement which she can also provide in a comfortable manner for patients in surgery.

At present, Vaishali is on a year long aesthetic and restorative course so is therefore able to provide patients with all forms of cosmetic dentistry. She is a member of SAAD and British Dental Association. Vaishali is a very friendly and patient dentist who loves to treat children and adults alike. She prides herself on her informal and relaxed approach to patients and dentistry.

Outside of the surgery, Vaishali loves to go shopping (obviously), enjoys going to the gym, cinema and socialising with friends and family. She also loves to read and has an amazing ability (and phone bill!) spending hours and hours talking on the phone for England!

Dr. Hanel Nathwani (BDS) Dentist – Perfect Smile:Brentford

Since graduating from Birmingham Dental School, Dr. Hanel Nathwani has excelled in the field of cosmetic dentistry. He has worked in a number of high profile dental practices in London and has a natural flair for cosmetic dentistry and dedicated the majority of his time to this art.

His enthusiasm and passion for dentistry alongside with his great skills has made him very popular with patients. His gentle and caring approach puts even the most anxious patients immediately at ease and patients travel from all over the UK to see him. Hanel continues to develop his skills on the latest techniques and advanced procedures. He has attended numerous postgraduate courses all over Europe and the United States and has recently attended the world renowned Rosenthal Institute in New York and Peter Dawson occlusion course in Florida. He has also attended a year long course in restorative dentistry based in Manchester and has been changing patients lives for many years with his smile makeovers, and can treat even the most challenging cases simply and beautifully.

Hanel’s creative flair means he is natural in providing facial rejuvenation procedures to patients using dermal fillers and Botulinum Toxin, to go in perfect harmony with the smile makeovers.

Outside of dentistry, Hanel enjoys traveling and is a keen sportsman playing football, basketball, badminton, cycling and running and as if that was not enough, he has just recently taken up golf.

Manmeet Grover Dentist/Nurse – Perfect Smile:Brentford

Manmeet is a dentist originally from India and will soon be completing the conversion course in the UK. She is currently working as a dental nurse but would eventually like to specialise in cosmetic dentistry. In 2007 Manmeet spent several months in India providing free charity dental care to the underprivileged in villages across India.

She is a bright, bubbly individual who enjoys socialising and her hobbies include reading books and going to the theatre.

As a committed, reliable member of the Perfect Smile team Grace prides herself on being efficient and productive. She has multiple roles as both receptionist and dental nurse in three of the Perfect Smile branches.

Grace is currently in her second year at university and enjoys being busy both at work and Uni. In her spare time she takes the opportunity to relax as the fast paced world of dentistry never stops!
