Having had some dental work completed at this practice, I cannot only highly recommend the actual dentist
I saw - Owen Llewelyn, who is not just professional, but a very pleasant and patient person - but also
the other practise staff, who are ALL lovely, helpful and professional!

I can't think of anything you could do to improve the service you provide. The premises are pleasant, the treatment is excellent and the staff are marvellous. My recent visit was during the coronavirus lockdown and they handled my visit with aplomb.

Everyone at this practise is so professional and they are so patient and understanding if you are nervous like me

Efficient and Effective. 

I experienced a very tailored check-up, follow-up treatment and advice on next steps and how to maintain dental health. All was clear and reassuring - thank you. Appointments were made at times to suit my work patterns. I was also slotted into a spare hygienist appointment on the day which was helpful.

…but Vicars Cross Dental Practice has it in spades. After being with this practice for a number of years (roughly 19, I think), it’s safe say I’ve seen all the changes and they just get better and better. The people are lovely, understanding, caring but most of all, highly professional and knowledgeable. I would not go anywhere else.

When I go to this practice I am always amazed by the friendly staff and also how clean the place is. Another plus point is the fact that if my appointment is ever delayed, I am informed of the delay with apologies. Certainly, a practice I would highly recommend.
