Neels qualified in 1978 at the University of Pretora, South Africa. After qualifying, Neels spent many years lecturing in Endodontics as well as working in general practice in South Africa. Neels established Crossway in 1998 becoming the principal, offering a variation of dentistry within the practice. He finely vetted all colleagues to assist him in providing this service as the practice continued to grow, and takes pride in the practice he has created. Neels enjoys keeping fit and would never turn down a good chat about rugby or cricket with anyone.

Will qualified in 1978 at the University of Pretoria, South Africa and worked in private practice in South Africa since qualifying. Will joined Crossway Dental Care in February 2008 and has proved to be very popular within the practice due to his kind manners. He has interests in aesthetic dentistry and prostodontics. When he’s not working he enjoys nothing more than a good game of golf.

John qualified in 1983 at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. After qualifying, he worked in private practice and completed a post graduate Orthodontics in America along with advance courses in Cosmetics and Implants. John relocated to the UK in 2000 and joined Crossways in November 2010. John enjoys any type of sport, travelling and good food.

Martin qualified in 1980 at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He was awarded a post graduate degree in Orthodontics in 1985 from the same University. After spending 25 years in private practice in South Africa, Martin relocated to Crossways in February 2004. Since joining the practice he has increased his skills in completing post graduate training in Implantology. Another interest and a course that Martin really enjoys is “the golf course”

Mohamad qualified in 2004 at University of Beirut, Lebanon. He then continued some postgraduate studies and worked in private practice in Lebanon before coming to the UK and passing his Statutory Exams in 2008. Mohamad worked in several NHS and private practices in London before joining Crossways this year. Mohamad is specially interested in Oral Surgery and Invisalign Orthodontics and attended lately few courses on both subjects. Mohamad is a huge football fan and enjoys spending time with his little family.

Hanel qualified from Birmingham Dental School and has excelled in the field of Cosmetic dentistry. He has worked in a number of high profile dental practices in London and has a natural flair for Cosmetic dentistry and dedicates the majority of his time to this art.

Hanel has attended numerous postgraduate courses all over Europe and the United States and has recently attended the world renowned Rosenthal Institute in New York and Peter Dawson occlusion course in Florida. He has a creative flair which means he is natural in providing facial rejuvenation procedures to patients using Dermal fillers and Botulinum Toxin, Hanel finds this fits in well with the smile makeovers.

Hanel likes to spend a lot of his spare time travelling & enjoying other cultures.

Julia studied Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London and qualified in 2003. She joined the team at Crossways in early 2004.

A particular area of interest for her has always been working with children and adults who may be anxious about dental treatment. Putting patients at ease, taking treatment at their pace and maintaining good communication throughout are things she prides herself in professionally.

Julia regularly attends courses to keep up-to-date with the ever advancing dental field.

She is married and has two children, who keep her as busy at home as she is at Perfect Smile Crossways.
