• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to PERFECT SMILE whose Instagram handle is @perfectsmile.berkshire. The “Prize” refers to Prize Details Boutique Home Whitening Kit.
• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59PM GMT on 23.12.22. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected by The Promoter on 24.12.22 AT 1PM and the winner will be notified on or after this date via email.
• The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen from entrants on Instagram.
• No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on their entry date.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Instagram or Facebook are not affiliated with or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by commenting in the comments section and by supplying their contact details via a DM. They must do both to be eligible.
• The Prize will be awarded to the person who has the closest guess on Instagram and/or at the Promoter’s discretion. In the event the named Prize is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, the Promoter cannot be held responsible.
• There will be no liability to the Promoter for failure to receive entries. Any lost, late, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries are not the Promoter’s responsibility. Entries must be submitted before the deadline to be counted.
• In accordance with applicable law. Any liability of the Promoter under these terms and conditions or the competition is limited to the cost of the Prize.
• Participants agree that the Promoter is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential costs, expenses, losses or damages arising from these terms and conditions, the competition, or any Prize. Whether the participant and Promoter reasonably anticipated such costs, expenses, losses, or damages, or whether they resulted from the participant and Promoter breaching a contract, tort, negligence, or statutory duty.
• All prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Cash alternatives are not available. Should a Prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an equal or greater prize.
• The winner’s name, address, email address and phone number and runners-up must be provided to The Promoter to enable the fulfilment of the Prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control. In whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter’s decision is final. Therefore, no correspondence will be entered into.
• Upon selecting the winner, The Promotor will post the winner’s name and social media username on its social media profiles.
