He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and finds it rewarding in treating generations of patients within the practice. Alan also speaks fluent Cantonese and can help with patients who also speak the same language visiting the practice.
Outside of work Alan coaches a junior basketball team and also loves to travel.

Nikhil enjoys all aspects of routine dentistry, but especially likes treating anxious patients, helping to put them at ease. Nikhil loves being part of the team here at Tyldesley.
Outside of dentistry Nikhil enjoys socialising, travelling, and is a huge fan of Nandos!

Bilal graduated from the University of Manchester and joined the practice in 2023. Bilal is motivated by providing the highest quality comprehensive dentistry, including a combination of NHS and cosmetic dentistry to help patients achieve their dream smile. To achieve this, he has undertaken postgraduate courses to further his skills and regularly attends conferences around the country to keep at the forefront of new techniques and procedures.
Outside of dentistry, Bilal is a sports enthusiast, playing football, squash and golf on a regular basis. He is also an avid Manchester City supporter, attending games with his family and enjoys trying new restaurants across Manchester with his friends.

Alongside working at Perfect Smile Dental Practice, Paria also provides specialist endodontic care at two other practices. Known for a gentle and precise approach, Paria enjoys making what can often be a daunting treatment, a positive experience for patients.

Jennie qualified in 1996 from Sheffield Dental Hospital and has worked at the practice ever since. During this time she has remained passionate about her role and committed to treating patients, motivating them and helping them to achieve their goals.
She has always maintained professional education to a high standard, attending regular courses and updates and feels this is invaluable to her work.
When away from work she enjoys spending time with her family, regular gym sessions and holidays.
Mollie Stanley

Mollie started at Tyldesley Dental Centre in 2017, qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2021 and has now worked her way up to be a senior nurse.
Mollie spends her days at Tyldesley ensuring that all patients have an enjoyable experience when attending the dentist and will always have a smile to welcome you.
Mollie spends her time out of work walking and caring for her beagle Monty and spending valuable time at weekends with family and friends.
Leanne Redmond
Practice Manager
Leanne is a familiar face for our patients. She has been part of Tyldesley Dental’s team for 21 years.
She joined the practice as an apprentice dental nurse and has grown with the practice, going from being a dental nurse for a 3 surgery practice to being a practice manager, managing 7 clinicians and the day to day running of the practice.
Outside of work Leanne enjoys going to the gym, boxing, mountain hikes, fishing, travelling and spending time with her family and friends

Karen has been part of the team at Tyldesley since 2001.
She joined the team as a trainee dental nurse and has been a familiar face both in surgery and on reception until becoming part of the management team in 2008.
After gaining her dental nursing qualification, Karen also went on to gain further qualifications in both reception and Management.
Outside of work family life is just as busy with 2 children (and a husband!) to keep her on her toes. She enjoys travelling and watching and supporting her children compete in their sports of football and gymnastics/dance.
Jodie Wilkes
Dental Nurse
Jodie joined the practice in September 2021 as a Trainee Dental Nurse, qualifying in 2023.
She has various roles within the practice, chairside in surgery, reception and decontamination duties. This means that her daily tasks can be very different from one day to the next.
Recently, she has been assisting in the supervision and training of the Trainee nurses to support their development and ensure high standards of work.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog and loves to go on holiday.
Sophie Fowles

Sophie joined the practice in September 2024 after qualifying elsewhere in 2020.
Her daily duties at the practice include assisting the dentists in surgery, decontamination duties and also working on reception. Using her knowledge and experience, she also helps with the training/supervision of the trainee staff.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends and going to concerts.
Aisha Boulton

Aisha joined the practice in October 2021 as a Trainee Dental Nurse and qualified in 2023. She enjoys being a much valued member of the team. Every day is different as she says she has various roles at the practice including assisting the dentists in surgery, working in the decontamination room and also on reception.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, visiting farm shops and online shopping.
Madison Medley
Trainee Dental Nurse
Madison joined the practice in February 2026 and is looking forward to starting her Dental Nursing apprenticeship course. She’s looking forward to be qualified in 2027 and to remain at the practice as a qualified Dental Nurse.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, walking her dogs and trying new restaurants and activities. Madison loves to go to new places and to try new things to challenge herself.

Emily joined the practice in June 2025 and is working hard to gain her qualification.
She hopes to go on and study further courses in other aspects of dentistry such as Implants, radiography or sedation.
In her spare time, Emily loves shopping, cooking, walking her dog and spending time with her family and friends. Her interests/hobbies include going to the gym, playing rugby and card games.

Amanda joined the practice in December 2025 as a Trainee Dental Nurse with some previous experience from a previous practice.
She is looking forward to completing her qualification and becoming a Qualified Dental Nurse.

Liberty joined the practice in September 2024 as Trainee Dental Nurse and she hopes to have finished her course and become qualified in July 2026.
In the future, she is keen to look into further courses, maybe Dental Hygiene, but for now she is studying hard to pass her Level 3 qualification and to become a Qualified Dental Nurse.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and walking her 2 dogs. She enjoys going to the gym and practicing self-care to stay fit and healthy. Liberty also enjoys reading.

Holly joined the practice in July 2025 as a Trainee Dental Nurse and is due to qualify in January 2027. She is keen to progress in Dental Nursing once qualified, and to explore the possibility of going on to study Dental Hygiene.
