NHS Dentist Twickenham for Routine Care

Regular NHS dental care is designed to help maintain healthy teeth and gums and identify problems before they become more difficult to treat.

An NHS dentist in Twickenham can assess your oral health, investigate symptoms, recommend preventive care and arrange clinically necessary treatment where required.

The interval between routine check-ups depends on your individual oral health and risk factors rather than following the same schedule for every patient.

NHS Dentistry Twickenham for Families

Perfect Smile Twickenham provides NHS care for children, adults and families, making it possible for different members of the household to access routine dental care through the same practice.

NHS dentistry in Twickenham may include check-ups, preventive advice, fillings, extractions and other clinically necessary treatment depending on the patient’s needs.

Children’s appointments can also support early prevention, monitoring of tooth development and guidance on brushing and diet as the mouth changes.

Understanding NHS Treatment Bands

NHS dental care in England is charged according to treatment bands rather than pricing every procedure separately.

Band 1 generally covers examination, diagnosis and preventive care. Band 2 includes additional treatment such as fillings, root canal treatment and extractions, while Band 3 covers more complex restorative treatment such as crowns, bridges and dentures.

Patients looking for NHS dentists in Twickenham can be told which band applies once the dentist has assessed the treatment required.
