How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign treatment works by gradually and painlessly shifting the position of your teeth using ultra-lightweight, transparent plastic.
Once the first set of aligners has done its job, it is replaced by the next set, and so on, until your teeth are in exactly the right position.
Invisalign treatment tends to last from 9-18 months, depending on the complexity of the patient’s teeth, but that doesn’t mean that you’ll constantly be sat in the dentist chair. Invisalign appointments can work around your schedule, with only a few quick, progress checks every four to six weeks – meaning you have plenty of time spare for work, play and even plan a wedding!
Aligners are easily removable so there’s no need to make a meal out of eating and drinking, plus brushing and flossing your teeth is much easier too, keeping you in check of your dental health.
