Shaimil is very thorough, has a friendly approach & takes the time to explain the treatment plan/answer any questions/provide advice and always looks to ensure clients are 100% happy. Clients feel at ease to discuss any issues and know they can trust their clinician to provide them with the best treatment.

Such an anxiety disorder. But from the reception staff and Shaimil, my anxiety went to such a low level. Thank you all so much. I have faith in dentists again.

Being an older lady, I have had many visits to the dentist in my lifetime both here and in New Zealand. I can honestly say that the staff at Perfect Smile Market Street Bracknell are one of the nicest group of people I've ever had the joy of dealing with. Everyone from Robyn and Rachel on reception through to Eric my dental implant young lad and his wonderful staff - everyone is so friendly, professional, helpful and I feel so comfortable there. In fact, I am now looking at Invisalign because now I am halfway through my tooth implant I feel confident for the next stage of my teeth sorting out. I would not do this if I was not happy with the treatment I have had. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have to be climbing the wall before I go to dentist. Extremely nervous patient. Receptionists were lovely and Dr. Ullah and her assistant were very understanding of my fears, didn't make me feel stupid, talked me through everything and were absolutely lovely throughout!

I can't thank Angela enough or say how amazing, patient and kind she has been with organising my treatment plan. The practice looks so lovely, very comfortable and it has a relaxed feel about it. The whole team of staff have been extremely helpful and kind. They have gone the extra mile to make me feel at ease with my treatment. The young lady that took the time to see me was extremely professional, highly qualified and had a true passion for doing good when it comes to dentistry she couldn't have done more for me as she went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and has insured me she will do everything in her power to give me the perfect smile. I am extremely happy. I definitely feel that I connected on not only a business level but a personal level as I think she is a wonderful person That works hard and enjoys what she does. Thank you xx

I had a denture fitted with Liz and it's perfect, so comfortable and looks great! I couldn't be more happier. I wanted to let her know as I know people can be quick to moan but don't always take the time to call to give good feedback. What Liz has done is magnificent!

Every single one of the staff members know exactly what they are doing, from the technicians to the receptionist. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. Easy to book in, COVID procedure very clear and simple, accurate treatment plan, and great structure. Easy for parking as well. Prices very fair - Everybody very professional and kind. That's all you need from your dental practice.

Great attitude and service from front of house staff, and friendly, competent dentists and assistants. All of them I have dealt with take time to explain what they are doing and why, and provide confidence.

I have received an excellent service and as someone who usually feels extremely anxious when visiting dentists I didn't have any of my usual fears and I genuinely think that is down to the lovely facilities and friendly staff members.
